If you have placed an order that you have not yet received credit for, you must wait 10 days from the time you *received* or *used* your order, or *completed* your travel , before submitting the missing order form below, as most purchases can take up to 10 business days to be reported to us after the merchandise has been shipped or the service or travel has been used and in some cases (Hotels, Plane Tickets, Cruises, Car Rentals, etc.) orders can take even longer to be verified and added to your Transaction Report. Once the DHS Club receives a Missing Order form, they will verify if tracking information is available, to determine if the purchaser went to the store from the ClubShop Mall on the date and before the time, the order was placed. If we are able to verify the tracking information and if the purchase price is $500 or less, the appropriate credit will be given for the purchase, prior to our contacting the store and before beginning and completing our investigation.
