When do we earn an income?
"Monthly Organizational Income"
This income could also be referred to as "override" commissions. It is based on a member earning a percentage of ALL the purchases made by him/her self and by ALL of the Members AND VIPs coming into their organization or who're there already.
Each purchase and subscription or special happenings such as a Survey, carry a "Pay Point" value. The Pay Point percentage or value on each purchase naturally varies from store to store. So how much one can earn will be based on the amount of Pay Points that are generated by their organization and obviously their level of responsibility or role within the organization.
The ClubAdvantage Training program teaches step by step how to gain, manage and train VIPs so that a person can build an international organization of Members and VIPs. You can have VIPs in your organization that are referring Members throughout the world as much as you might have been referred yourself!
At the highest pay level (Executive Director), one can earn as much as 70% of the Organization's Pay Points. Moreover, there are no limits as to how much you can earn in Monthly Organizational Income.
Let's take an example:
To qualify as an Executive Director you need at least 6,000 Organizational Pay Points. This entitles one to earn a gross Monthly Organizational Income of those Organization's Pay Points. This obviously prior to deducting the Monthly Organizational Income entitlements for the VIPs in their organization.

So, 70% of 6,000 = $4,200 - What does it really mean?
What your VIPs in each branch may earn will vary, but our Training at the E-Business institute and through meetings and online discussions, you will learn how to develop your organization in a balanced manner so that you are able to retain at least 50% of your gross Monthly Organizational Income as "take home pay".
While working and as your Pay Points increase, so does the percentage that you are entitled to be paid as your responsibilities grow toward your members. Those members could be Shoppers and/or Members in your developing organization having subscribed just like you to the ClubAdvantage plan.

More and more people qualify as Executive Directors with one or more 'Stars' meaning that other people like them qualified as an executive Director inside their organization. Like anywhere in the world, it depends entirely on the individual to grow his business into a success.
