What is the E-Business Institute?
With our proven online training package for online and offline marketing, the DHS Club, is spreading further and further around the world since 1997. From the onset, it was clear that members, willing to participate and benefit from it's growth, correctly need to be coached online. To be a "pro", become proficient and have the necessary skills to succeed, one needs training. This means, getting the information and experience so they can reach the goals they set out for themselves without loosing vision because of unnecessary pitfalls.
Figuratively, if we were a town, it would not help you at all to let you start up and run a tourism agency. This, without reassuring ourselves that you know the area, how to read a map, communicate with all people, organize and advertise yourself as an entry point and as a point to fall back onto when people get lost.
Guess this goes for any service orientated business. So the DHS Club has developed over the years a solid 10 step online training course that stays in pace with our evolving world.
10 Steps on the Yellow Brick road from many question marks to a vision come true
Step 1 - Trainee I Course - Gain Product Knowledge and Become Your Own First Customer -
Become familiar with the different ways to save money as a Member and VIP. Learn how to order business and ClubBucks cards and how to qualify to earn Network Income.
Step 2 - Trainee II Course - Get Organized - Set up your virtual office and create a "Personal Planner". Become familiar with the Business Manual, Policies and Compensation Plan.
Step 3 - Trainee III Course - Begin Marketing and Become Part Of A Team - Learn how to get started in Marketing and about how your VIP Team will help you to build your network. Learn about your Team Coaches and their management roles and responsibilities.
Step 4 - Builder Intern Course - Begin Your Network Development - Start your "on the job" training. Learn how to develop a network of Members and VIPs using our "Taproot Networking Technique" (TNT). Also begin to take additional e-Business Institute Marketing Courses and learn proven methods to prospect and gain new Members.
Step 5 - The Builder Team Coach Course - Become the primary Builder for your network - Take over the responsibilities of the Builder Role for your network. Learn how to use the Activity Report, ClubContact List Manager, Form Letters and Group Mail programs to effectively communicate with your Members and VIP Team to earn pay promotions up. Upon completion of this step, you will represent your VIP Team as a member of the President's Dream Team and be invited to participate in interactive Dream Team meetings.

Step 7 - The Trainer Team Coach Course - Become the primary Trainer for your network. Learn how to communicate with VIPs to encourage them, motivate them and help them with their training to ensure good duplication of efforts and methods within your network.
Step 8 - The Marketing Director Course - Learn how to train your VIPs to market products and services to your network to boost volume and increase your income.
Step 9 - The Promotions Director Course - Learn how to help your team achieve new pay levels and to how recognize newly promoted VIPs in your organization. Also begin to take the additional e-Business Institute Leadership Courses and learn how to become an effective leader and how to supervise your network.
